Cleaning out the closet - SALE TIME!
A few pieces in each gallery have been put on sale. If you see one that interests you, email me. Prices are on request and they are good.
Political Paintings new in Working Girls
The first two paintings of the fall season are about the current political climate of this election year. It is obvious where I stand on things and if you get offended, sorry, I still have first amendment rights just as you do....at least for now.
Drafted into the Army
Once again I will ship out to Fort A. P. Hill in Virginia come July of 2010. The BSA has recruited me to be the booth coordinator for the Art Merit Badge program for the Boy Scout National Jamboree celebrating scouting's 100th anniversary. If you happen to glance through the Art pamphlet, I have work published on page 5.
Psychoanalytic Studies
There must be some irony in the fact that I have a piece accepted into a national juried show to be held at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies in New York City. "Woman!" will open November 1st and remain on view until December 20th, 2008. The Center is in Greenwich Village in case you happen to be over that way (sightseeing of course).
Kicking and Screaming!!
Well I did it! I have joined the wide world of modern technology to the best of my limited ability. You can find my work on Artspan.com and on ArtScuttlebutt.com. Both will direct you back to this website and more work will be found here than anywhere, outside of my own head, If you got here from one of those places, please let me know!
